Selection Process for IIFCL Recruitment 2023
- The selection process for IIFCL Recruitment 2023 would consist of 4 distinct phases comprising of a Preliminary Screening, Written Examination, Behavioral Examination and Personal Interview.
- The Written Test would comprise of Reasoning, Mathematics, English and Current awareness of the Financial Sector.
- The Final Merit List of the candidates would be prepared based on the performance of the applicants in all the selection rounds.
Eligibility Criteria for IIFCL Recruitment 2023
- Candidates applying for IIFCL Recruitment 2023, should have passed MBA/ PGDM/ LLB/ BA+LLB (5 years)/ CA/ B.Tech/ B.E Degree.
- Candidates should have 1 year of experience in officer grade in the Financial Sector/Banks/PSU’s/Financial Institutions.
- Candidates with experience in project or corporate finance/treasury/credit/loan accounting will be preferred.
- Candidates should be between 21-30 years of age and should have knowledge of the local language.
