Golden Globe Awards 2023

The Golden Globe Awards 2023, back after a 2-year gap due to Covid, for its 80th Edition was hosted by the infamous stand-up comedian, Jerrod Carmichael of “The Carmichael Show” fame. The award is generally presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Associations since 1944. Second only to the Academy Awards (Oscars), as far as the prestige factor is concerned, the Golden Globe Awards are attended by the who’s who of the entire celluloid fraternity all over the world. While the Academy Awards tend to recognize those associated with movies, the Golden Globe Awards recognize those who are involved in both movie and TV shows.
