Examination Pattern for SIDBI recruitment 2022-23
The selection process will involve a 3-stage evaluation including an objective type online test followed by a descriptive test and personal interview. Candidates who are shortlisted based on the cut-off marks would be called for the interview. The written test would evaluate candidates on the English Language, General Awareness, Reasoning Skills and Mathematics for 200 marks within 120 minutes. The descriptive test will comprise of 2 essays on Financial/Banking/Economics apart from current Social issues in the country and Business Letter Writing.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates need to be a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
- Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1st January 1962 intending to settle down permanently are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates should not be less than 21 years of age or more than 28 years of age as on 14 December 2022. However, relaxations on age limit are applicable for reserved categories.
- Candidates need to have a Post Graduate Degree in any discipline, but preferably from Commerce/Economics/Management. Alternatively, the candidate can also be a Law or Engineering Graduate as well. CA/CS/CWA/CFA’s can also apply as well. All candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exams.
