Selection Process for Punjab Teacher Recruitment 2023
- The selection process for the Punjab Teacher Recruitment 2023 would involve a Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.
- Candidates who pass the Written Test will be able to appear for Personal Interview.
- The Written Test will comprise of 2 papers, one for the Primary level and the other for the secondary level.
- The exam mode will be offline for both the papers of the written test.
Eligibility Criteria of Punjab Teacher Recruitment 2023
- Candidates must be a Citizen of India.
- There are no age limits applicable for the concerned designation.
- Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- years Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with the NCTE.
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- years Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Application Process
- Candidates who are willing to appear for the exam must visit the official PSEB website to fill out the PSTET Application form.
- Aspiring candidates are advised to apply for the PSTET exam before 28th February 2023 which is the last day to fill out the form.
- The application submitted online will be the only ones considered.
