Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos exchange jealousy blows as a part of being candid to each other recalling their start. The video clipping made it to the small screen after the premiere of “Let’s talk off Camera”.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos – Baring it all
The celebrity stars took a dig at each other in the maiden episode of the TV show “Let’s talk off Camera”, which happened to have premiered yesterday. It was a part of the show where the couple was supposed to be disclosing their grievances to each other on screen as a part of the script.
“My biggest complaint about you over the course of our marriage, and this is not recent because it definitely changed… but you used to be insanely jealous and that was a hard pill to swallow,” Kelly Ripa says. “… It’s very hard being married to somebody who is jealous.”
Trading grievances
Recalling their past, Kelly Ripa took a dig at her husband as they found that the fictitious scenes resembled their initial years of courtship where, as claimed by Kelly Ripa, Mark happened to be “jealous”.
“It was our first week of marriage because we didn’t take our honeymoon until later. You were working and I went to visit you in Boston,” Kelly Ripa recalls. “We went to this Italian restaurant and the waiter was like a very cute old man, he’s definitely in his 70s if not 80s. Mark leaned down and he said, ‘And for the principessa?'”
Defending the allegations
Mark Consuelos confirms he remembers the interaction and admits he “got upset” in the moment. “I thought it was so cute that this little old man called me a princess, and I looked at him and I gave him my order in a very smiley way,” Ripa says. “And he walked away and you picked a horrible fight.”
The show “Let’s talk off Camera” has been co-produced by SiriusXM and Milojo Productions, premieres Wednesday, March 22 and is available on Stitcher, the SXM App.
