- The selection process for the IDBI Manager Recruitment 2023 involves 4 stages starting with Online Test followed by Document Verification, Personal Interview and Pre-Recruitment Medical Test.
- Candidates have to secure pass marks for each of the 4 tests to qualify in the Final Merit List for selection.
- A .25 marks deduction for every wrong answer is applicable in the Online Test.
