AntMan Movie Review: History and the Storyline
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Movie Review as per the background of the movie, like its predecessors is based on the superhero comic series featuring the AntMan/Scott Lang and Wasp/Hope Pym. The movie is the second sequel of the AntMan released in 2015 and its first sequel AntMan and the Wasp that was released in 2018.
The new released movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania starts with an accidental encounter between Janet van Dyne and Kang while the former was entrapped in the Quantum Realm. Kang managed to convince Janet that they can together escape the Realm, if she helps him rebuid the multiversal power code. Pretty soon, Kang’s actual plans are revealed to Janet and even though she tries her best to take him on, she is comprehensively overpowered.
However, with the help of the power code, Janet managed to nullify the effects of the power core. Meanwhile, Scott, who has been living a rather peaceful life with his girlfriend, gets her daughter out of trouble when she gets embroiled in a political campaign. The tryst of destiny gets all of them into the Realm once again and the cat-and-mouse game between Kang and the other five ensues. The rest of the movie deals with the exploits as to how good prevails over bad.
Movie Reviews of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
The movie, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, just like the others does share an intense and gripping storyline put into frames by the acclaimed director. However, few of the characters doesn’t really get to the centre of focus as they should have ideally. The chemistry between Scott Lang and her daughter Cassie does make the emotions stir, and the same is put to effect inside the Realm. This uncovering of emotions is probably what appeals to the audience much more than any other aspect in the movie.
In a nutshell, the AntMan Movie Review is one of Marvel’s trademark gripping action movie but leaves the audience wanting, considering the bar the franchise has set for themselves.
Movie Ratings:
